Hello! I'm glad you're here!
I am Alexandru Stemate, currently a coach with over 20 years of experience in practicing and teaching tennis and a great sports enthusiast in general.
joacăTenis is a project that I created from the desire to pass on the sports knowledge accumulated over time and to form a new generation of tennis players as passionate and excited as I am.
joacăTenis is a program supported by Asociația Club Sportiv Tennis Aces Brașov.
MISION
The mission of joacăTenis is to promote the game of tennis among Brașov residents of all ages, the whole focus of this initiative being to implement the values and virtues of great champions.
Inspired by the vision of achieving perfection in sports, I have come to believe that the road to success is much easier with people devoted to your success.
That's why I invite you to meet eachother on the tennis court!
Tennis is not just about hitting a ball over the net. At joacăTenis we believe that there are many benefits that come from playing this fantastic sport, of which the most important are improved mood, brain power, flexibility, balance and coordination. At the same time, tennis contributes to the acquisition of sports discipline and rigor and improves social skills.

Tennis for the LITTLE ONES
The initiation and improvement program for the little ones is aimed at all children, regardless of age or level of sports competence.
The training sessions are designed to improve their physical qualities and build their self-confidence through fun and specific tennis games and exercises.
Tennis for the GROWN UPS
If you have never played tennis before or have little experience with a racquet, this program can help you learn, strengthen and perfect your game.
Tennis lessons for adults consist of the presentation and implementation of all technical elements, learning the basic rules and tactics, as well as developing the physical condition to practice this sport as efficiently and correctly as possible.
It is easier to play tennis with a coach who is dedicated to your success.
