Our mission
joacăTenis is a sports program that brings tennis closer to people, regardless of age or level. Created from the desire to transform this sport into a pleasant and educational experience, joacăTenis combines structured training with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Whether we are talking about children taking their first swings, teenagers in full swing or adults who want to stay active, the program offers sessions adapted to each rhythm and personality. We focus on natural progression, correct technique and the joy of playing, so that each training is a positive experience.

Founder and Head Coach
Alexandru Stemate
Alexandru Stemate is the head coach of the JoacăTenis Brașov program and one of the most dedicated local tennis professionals. With 26 years of experience in tennis and 14 years as a coach, Alexandru has worked with hundreds of players, from children taking their first swings to adults looking to perfect their game.
He is the co-founder of Tennis Aces Brașov, the sports association that created and developed the JoacăTenis program, a project built on passion for sports, education and community. Through his calm, attentive and progress-oriented style, Alexandru manages to create an environment in which each player feels encouraged, understood and motivated to evolve at their own pace. His coaching style emphasizes technique, understanding the game and building confidence, transforming each training session into a valuable and enjoyable experience.
